Abstrak

Education is currently very obligatory to use technology in the digitalization era to avoid being left behind in technological developments that almost all of them have used digital technology, for this reason educators are required to create new creations or increase their ability to use technological developments in the digitalization era both in learning media and data recording system in schools. In learning, educators must always use technology in learning systems so that students can also find out about existing digital technology developments. In addition, digital technology can make students think more critically because they get a lot of the latest information from various sources. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of educator strategies or programs carried out by an educator in improving the quality of education in the digitalization era whether there are challenges or obstacles experienced by educators or not.
